My classmate is a young man, full of energy, with a flame in his heart and a radiance in his eyes. They have lofty ideals and do not compromise with reality; Having solid actions and not being idealistic.

They use the combination of “seeking knowledge from different things” and “combining knowledge and action” to compose a joyful life of “hitting the water in the middle of the stream, and stopping the flying boat in the waves”.

The so-called striver is a person who pursues their career and has expectations for themselves, creates value through hard work, seeks self growth, and obtains value returns.

They believe in the principle of ‘no pains, no gains’, benefiting others first and then themselves; They not only pursue their own growth, but also strive to shine for the world, embrace patriotism, and assume social responsibility.

The career of the company depends on the efforts of all students. The culture of the company comes from the construction of all students.

In order to enable new students to have a more comprehensive understanding of the company’s business and truly participate in the construction of the company’s cultural atmosphere, the administrative center organized a “New Student Tea Party”, inviting all new students to gather together and discuss “Sangma” together.
No longer a ‘nodding acquaintance’

At the beginning of the tea party, the new students introduced themselves one by one, including where they came from, what positions they currently hold in which department, and what interests they have.

Through self introduction, we have deepened our understanding of each other and are no longer “nodding acquaintances”.


 

The interactive game “Three Truths and One False” involves the narrator sharing three true stories and fabricating one false story to vividly describe, allowing the audience to distinguish between the four true and false stories. Through the sharing of events, the interesting, unforgettable, and awkward little things that classmates have experienced are vividly remembered, making people laugh   

 

Each student is a different type of fireworks, with their own characteristics and hobbies. They gather together to create a wonderful atmosphere.

Our common cause

Subsequently, Neway’s head, Taubus, gave a lively and detailed introduction to Neway’s “past and present lives” and “sea of stars” for the new students. The students listened to the entrepreneurial stories and the development process of overcoming obstacles, and gained a better understanding of the subsequent company’s corporate culture, strategic layout, business planning, and product planning.

 

Neway’s specialized vocabulary such as “Trinity”, “Business Standardization, Administrative Legalization”, “Base Area Strategy”, “Intelligent Power System”, and “Drive Technology+” has given everyone a deeper understanding of the company.

Innovation is the source of sustainable development for a company. Taubus also focused on sharing a series of innovative ideas for students, including the company’s dual drive electronic control, anti runaway steering, intelligent braking, gravity induction motor, synchronous reluctance motor, and so on. Encourage students to always focus on customer needs in their work, actively innovate, have the courage to innovate, and become excellent “product managers”, contributing wisdom to the improvement of the company’s product competitiveness.

Ideal company

What is the ideal company in our minds to make our company the ideal one, rather than the one we dislike?

Mr. Li (Feijin), the Director of the Administrative Center, started with “the birth of the company” and analyzed for everyone that “the company is essentially a contract” and “the boundaries of the company are determined by transaction costs”. Our contract with the company should shift from a “community of interests” to a “community of causes” or even a “community of shared destiny” (from factor contracts to psychological contracts). Teacher Li also explained the key points of company management (strategy, process, organization, talent), and how to evaluate a company’s performance (short-term data, mid-term capabilities, long-term landscape).

Teacher Li then openly discussed with everyone what good companies do students have in their minds? What are the drawbacks of companies that students have in their minds?

Teacher Li said, “To become an ideal company, it may take ten, fifty, or even hundreds of years. However, to become a bad company, one or two years is enough. Through discussions on ‘good and bad companies’, we are urged to be good and warned not to’ fall ‘.
